STAGES OF WORK ON A DESIGN PROJECT
Meeting with the designer at the facility or office. Discussion of the goals and objectives of the project, the state of the object, functionality, stylistic decision. Acquaintance with the project documentation and wishes for the functionality of the project.

Acquaintance
The deadline for the implementation of the design project is agreed upon and the contract is drawn up. At this stage, one of the design project packages is selected, which can later be supplemented
(for example, add a complete set).
Contract
Carrying out measurements of the object, analysis of engineering systems, photographic fixation. At this stage, it is important to consult on site with a specialist in the construction industry in order to identify and prevent possible problematic aspects.
STAGE 1
Forms
Filling in technical questionnaires with wishes for the style and functionality of the premises. We also make a detailed search for the client's features, discuss hobbies, professions, hobbies and more.
The designer-architect develops zoning and several options for the layout of the premises with possible variations. In the future, the options are finalized and detailed, a combination of several options is possible. The final version of the planning is selected and agreed upon, according to which the visualization will be carried out.

Planning
Development of a conceptual collage of the interior. Creation of collages and sketches to represent the stylistic solution of the future interior. The concept demonstrates the color palette, finishing materials, as well as furniture and lighting fixtures. Choice and discussion of the concept, replacement or addition of its components.
Concept
Based on the results of the discussion and amendments, a concept is selected and, according to it, a realistic 3D visualization of the premises is performed (3-4 views for each room). If necessary, minor adjustments are made to the visualization. As a result of this stage - the approval of the visualization, on the basis of which the drawings will be developed.
STAGE 2
The designer selects the basic materials of the conceptual solution, such as tiles, paint, 3D panels, etc. This enables the customer to more clearly imagine the future content of the interior and determine its stylistic direction together with the designer.
Equipment
Selection of base materials
Development of drawings in accordance with the composition of the documentation, implementation of all plans, diagrams, sections, sweeps necessary for repair. Discussing drawings and making minor corrections. At this stage, in order to make additions and possible changes, a consultation is held with specialized specialists who will later carry out repair work at the facility, for example, ventilation systems, "smart home", etc.
Blueprints
The designer visits stores and salons according to the schedule to select the necessary items and materials, except for small decor and textile decoration, selected at the stage of completion of the repair.
STAGE 3
The designer visits the object according to the schedule (1-2 times a week). Comments, indications of project inconsistency, corrections are entered in the author's supervision journal
Consultations
Repair and architectural supervision
If necessary, to optimize cooperation with the contractor, adjustments and additions to the drawings are made.
Correction
Conducting consultations with builders remotely: by telephone and electronic modes.
